Rest & Renewal Yoga Series @ the CO Lab
Treat yourself this fall and holiday season with a yoga class designed to provide you an oasis to unwind, release tension, and replenish your energy. Each class will be carefully curated to encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner calm. My hope is that you leave class each week with renewed energy, a calm mind , and a peaceful heart allowing you to connect with yourself and loved ones with joy and authenticity.
Together in this 60 minute class we will focus on:
Giving ourselves permission to pause and take a break from the daily flurry of activity and over-responsibility
Releasing tension built up in our bodies through a gentle asana practice and guided relaxation exercises
Learning how to cultivate the energy and mindset that will support beginning the week with new energy using holistic yoga tools
Mindful Kayaking Excursion
Kayaking has the potential to be a wonderful metaphor for so many things. Whether you are looking for a peaceful float in nature, time to reflect, or go with the flow, Kayaking can get you there.
Time in nature rejuvenates us and helps to reconnect to our basic selves and become more grounded in who we are. Delaware water gap national recreation area is beautiful and the perfect place to test the waters of becoming more mindful.
Join us on Saturday, July 29, for a day of paddling, mindfulness practice, and fun. This package includes full equipment rental, a picnic lunch, drinks, guided mindfulness experiences, free parking and transportation to and from the river.
No paddling experience necessary. This beautiful 6 mile stretch of river is perfect for beginners!! Paddle as much as you like or let the current carry you. There will be plenty of swimming opportunities as well.
