Treat yourself this fall and holiday season with a yoga class designed to provide you an oasis to unwind, release tension, and replenish your energy. Each class will be carefully curated to encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner calm. My hope is that you leave class each week with renewed energy, a calm mind , and a peaceful heart allowing you to connect with yourself and loved ones with joy and authenticity.
Together in this 60 minute class we will focus on:
Giving ourselves permission to pause and take a break from the daily flurry of activity and over-responsibility
Releasing tension built up in our bodies through a gentle asana practice and guided relaxation exercises
Learning how to cultivate the energy and mindset that will support beginning the week with new energy using holistic yoga tools
No Yoga Experience is necessary for this class - Perfect for beginners
