We’ll hold space for everyone to speak from their heart and share their truth without fear. Together, we’ll practice communication skills to increase understanding and connection.
Put it into action.
We’ll handpick the tools that help you show up as your best, most balanced selves and implement communication strategies to help you reconnect and have fun together again.
Support to help with road bumps.
You’ll receive in-the-moment guidance from a seasoned practitioner who will help you navigate obstacles, share techniques, and keep you on track.
Meet Your Guide
I enjoy working with couples for the same reason I became a counselor — because I know what it takes to do the hard work of staying in relationship with another person while also staying true to yourself. That tension is real, and it's where most couples get stuck.
With more than 16 years of experience working with individuals and couples navigating trauma, addiction, codependency, and relational patterns, I've seen what actually moves the needle in relationships — and its rarely what people expect. It's not better communication techniques or learning to fight fair. It's understanding what you each brought into the room before you ever met each other and using that awareness to make new choices that honor both of your needs.
Embodied Relationship Building isn't a quick fix or a conflict resolution checklist. It's a chance for you and your partner to slow down, get honest, and build something that actually holds.
I work best with couples who are done having the same fight on repeat, who suspect the issue goes deeper than the argument, and who are ready to show up for each other in a way they haven't before. If that's you — I'd love to work with you.
