Have you ever wondered how to build a more loving and accepting relationship with yourself?

Join a day of workshops focused on sharing tools and knowledge that lead to transformation, healing, and growth.

Hosted by Marybeth Wendling Life Coach, Spiritual Coach, and Registered Yoga Instructor, and Lauren Verbilla Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Yoga Instructor, you’ll explore how adverse life experiences and trauma can create a host of emotions that leave us feeling stuck and cause us to lose our path.

This event includes a full day of learning modules and discussions, healthy snacks, beverages, and a light dinner.

All learning modules are followed by an open Q&A.

  1. Understanding trauma, the symptoms, and how it affects our mind, body, and soul. (Led by Lauren)

  2. Coping Techniques: Explore fun ways for grounding, mindfulness, pranayama, and more. (Led by Marybeth)

  3. Grief and loneliness: Learning the stages of grief. Support in moving forward after grief. Mourners Bill of Rights. (Led by Lauren)

  4. Move your Asana!!! A fun 30-40 min vinyasa slow flow using intentions, breath, and asanas to help release stagnant energies and blocked emotions that no longer serve us. These gentle yoga poses allow our body to shift and move these emotions creating space for more love, light, and positivity within our mind, body, and soul. (Led by Marybeth)

  5. 5. Forgiveness, self-acceptance, and self-love: Here participants will explore the concepts of self-love. We will redefine forgiveness, nurture self-acceptance, and explore limiting belief systems and assumptions to promote love and healing from within. (Led by Marybeth)

  6. Setting healthy boundaries IS self-care!! Learn skills and language for healthy boundary setting for a happy, healthier you! Getting clear on healthy relationships. (Led by Lauren and Marybeth)

  7. Closing: A 30 min Crystal Bowl Sound Healing to integrate the day! (Led by Sharon)
