Hi, I’m Lauren Verbilla.

Licensed professional counselor, intuitive coach, and energy practitioner — and someone who knows firsthand that healing is not a straight line.

I'm also a wife, mom, and sister who got sober at a young age after years of using drugs and alcohol to make life more manageable. So, when it comes to navigating the hard stuff — the transitions, the relationships, the moments where you don't recognize yourself anymore — I'm not just a guide. I've been in it.

With more than 16 years of experience, I work with people who are tired of shutting themselves down and pretending everything is fine when it is not and are ready to live for themselves. My approach is trauma-informed, 12-step informed, and rooted in the belief that you already have everything you need inside you. This work is just about helping you believe that and begin trusting yourself.

All are welcome here. Whatever you're carrying, whatever you've been through, you won't have to do it alone.

I take this work seriously — and I take you seriously. But that doesn't mean we won't laugh. I say it to my clients all the time: if you're not laughing, what's the point? Laughter is healing too, and a good session can hold both depth and levity. Every person I work with moves at their own pace, and together we figure out what needs earnest attention — and what we can afford to hold a little more lightly.

When you're ready, I'm here.

My clients come from all walks of life.

I specialize in helping clients work through:

  • Lack of self-esteem or self-confidence

  • Rebuilding struggling relationships with yourself and others

  • Substance abuse or addiction recovery

  • Life transitions or grief

The good news is—none of these are insurmountable. And, together we can make big, positive changes in your life.

My approach to counseling and wellness strikes a balance between your mind, body, and intentions.

This holistic model helps you discover or rekindle a new, refreshed relationship with yourself, others, and the world around you.

My offerings include:
