Relationship Reset Intensive

A Focused Couples Therapy Experience for Partners Who Know What's Wrong and Are Ready to Change It

Reset your relationship with clearer communication, less conflict, and deeper connection.

You already know what the problem is. You've talked about it, argued about it, and maybe even agreed to fix it. And then Tuesday happens, work happens, the kids happen, and the pattern is right back in the room.

Weekly therapy is steady, valuable work. But it's one hour, followed by six days back in the same stress and the same routines. Progress is real, and it's also slow, and it gets interrupted by a busy week, a bad fight, or a canceled session.

A Relationship Reset Intensive is protected time to face the pattern, break it, and reconnect. You step out of daily life and give the issue concentrated, uninterrupted attention, with a therapist guiding the work and a plan for what comes next.

These are the six hours that can help move your relationship forward so you can get back to living the way you want to.

This program is for you if…

  • You know what the core issue is and you're tired of circling it.

  • You keep having the same fight with different details.

  • You are both tired of walking on eggshells and are ready to get real about what’s happening between you.

  • Weekly sessions help, but you never get enough momentum to change anything.

  • You want real tools to use at home, not just insight.

  • Finding time together is hard, and you want to focus on change, not scheduling.

How It Works:

Name the target.

Before we start, we get specific about what's happening between you, how the pattern formed, and what you want to be different. No wandering. Everything in the intensive points at the thing that matters most.

Stop defending, start connecting.

Nothing changes while you’re both protecting yourselves. Through a mix of counseling, body-based tools, and coaching, you’ll learn to catch what’s happening in your own body and read what’s happening for your partner, so you can stay present instead of reacting.

Speak your mind. Really hear them.

Each of you gets to say what you actually mean without it turning into a fight. You’ll practice listening, responding, and repairing in real time, with me guiding you through the moments where it usually falls apart.

Build what you will actually use.

We handpick the tools and practices that fit the two of you, so you leave with a plan for communicating, handling conflict, and staying connected when life gets loud.

Support to help with road bumps.

For two weeks after your reset, you’ll have my support by voice message and email as you put it all into practice. Old patterns will try to creep back in, and you won’t be figuring that out alone.

Meet Your Guide

I enjoy working with couples for the same reason I became a counselor — because I know what it takes to do the hard work of staying in relationship with another person while also staying true to yourself. That tension is real, and it's where most couples get stuck.

With more than 16 years of experience working with individuals and couples navigating trauma, addiction, codependency, and relational patterns, I’ve seen what actually moves the needle in relationships, and it’s rarely what people expect. It’s not better communication techniques or learning to fight fair. It’s understanding what you each brought into the room before you ever met each other and using that awareness to make new choices that honor both of your needs.

When you understand what’s underneath the pattern, communication gets clearer on its own.

Your Relationship Reset Intensive isn't a quick fix or a conflict resolution checklist. It's a chance for you and your partner to slow down, get honest, and create a communication flow that fits who you are and supports you through intense transitions and just a regular Tuesday.

I work best with couples who are done having the same fight on repeat, who suspect the issue goes deeper than the argument, and who are ready to show up for each other in a way they haven't before. If that's you — I'd love to work with you.

    Time to Be Heard

Each partner gets uninterrupted space to share their experience and concerns while the other listens fully, without needing to defend or debate. Being truly heard often softens what feels stuck, and it helps you understand each other in a new way.

  • Two hands each holding a puzzle piece in the air about to fit them together.

    Pattern Naming

Together, we’ll get specific about the cycle that keeps showing up between you and develop a plan to interrupt it. You’ll leave with shared language, so you can face the pattern as a team instead of turning on each other, without judgment or blame.

  • Black letter board with white letters that says 'Difficult Roads Lead to Beautiful Destinations,' next to a small potted plant on a dark surface.

    Coaching

Learn to work through disagreements without getting swept up in the heat of the moment, escalating, or shutting down. You’ll practice new responses with real-time guidance so they’re there when you need them.
